This is Monica , I am Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer. I have been working with women for more than 5 years seeing results.
I help to lose weight, tone up, correct posture, increase mind and body balance and get to know your body.
I use techniques and exercises from Pilates, fat burning circuits, Hiit, GAP (gluteus, abs and legs), and a variety of ideas for cardio ( running, indoor and outdoor biking , dancing, aerobic, skiping rope,...), stretch and meditation.
Stretching and meditation is important to reduce stress and anxiety, for letting your metabolism working properly and letting your body recover.
Besides I use materials like, elastic bands, body weight, TRX, and we don't need more for reaching your goals.
